All I can say is this review warned me and I ignored, shame on me...and its all true: I would not recommend this Hotel to Anyone, as they Misrepresent themselves, and then Absolutely Refuse to Refund. They are Not Disabled Friendly. The only positive, is their close Proximity to Disneyland, but believe me, THIS IS NOT ENOUGH TO WARRANT A STAY AT ABBY'S. I booked through a Booking Company, and they were Professional enough to Partially Honor the Refund, that Abby's simply refused to. Remember, YOU WERE WARNED They are " CHEAP " Tip: Do Yourself a Favor, "Choose Another Hotel".
Look for other small business hotels actually desiring your business.
Where do you start.

There are Many other hotels, and I suggest that you check them out.
All I can say, is you have been warned.
Our room was very noisy and we could hear the street traffic all night long.
The people in the office where very nice we had a very pleasant stay I will book another room there any time I go to Disneyland. It's only one block away from Disneyland. And you can't beat the price.
Staff was very friendly & helpful, both on the phone and at the motel.Working spa was great after a long day at the parks :-)
We requested to be placed in a room away from the pool to minimize noise and they did that very well. No complaints!
Room was gross, beds were very uncomfortable, no refunds no matter how dissatisfied you are with the room.
First of all, we wanted a jacuzzi and pool. The pool was out of service the entire 3 days we were there. My eight year old was disappointed! I was told it was a 10 minute walk to Disneyland by the staff. I walked 30 minutes before I got to the ticket booth using the directions he gave. I was also very put out with the "breakfast" they offered. It wasn't much in the way of breakfast but the kicker was they advertised breakfast from 7:30-10:00. They don't make anymore coffee after 9:00. Out of three days there I only got coffee one day. I was hugely disappointed!!! I would never recommend this motel! I would discourage people from wasting their money.
Pool was not heated, had to ask for wash cloths, had to ask for soap, had no bible, had no soap dish in the shower.
When we check in to the room the first thing we saw was aspider in the bathtub my children start screaming all the edges of tthe room was dirty and lots of small bugs crawling I told the office the only thing she said was sorry nothing was done at all at one time they forget to clean our room we went to disneyland and coame back really late and the room was not done and we ask for towel it take 45 min before it came inthe morning we are never had breakfast coz they start @7:30 but we always leave early to do our days as vacationer anyhow it seem to much to ask but your misleadimg the hotel location it is not across the disneyland ?
Decent room for the money. The carpet could of been cleaner and updated furniture but other than that it was fine.
Very convenient and the front desk staff were helpful.
Location near Disney & Denny's!
You can see the Disneyland park fireworks from the Inn.
It is across the street from the Disneyland Resort parking lot, but the Disney entrance, is about a 15 - 20 min. Walk.
It was close to the park
The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I am a business traveler and have stayed in hundreds of hotels including many in this price point and the beds were horrible. I would not stay again simply due to this issue. I have never hurt so badly. Even my teenager commented about how his body hurt from how stiff the beds were.
The hotel was about a 10 min walk from Disneyland Resort. Which was really convenient especially for the price. Which I found was one of the cheapest. In the area. Its also has a couple restaurant caddy corner to the hotel, and a taco bell and foods co near by. I would consider staying here again. For the price This hotel was decent.
The drain in the shower was out of place upon arrival. And a couple dark stains on the furniture. Not horribly noticeable though. Other than that...decent.
